How to order your recurring personalized corporate boxes
The ordering procedure summarized
1. Login to account to unlock access to order page
Log in to the account with your authorized email address and the password given to you or created by you.
2. Add, Edit and Validate Shipping Addresses to Address Book
You have two options:
- A single address: "Add new address" and fill in the form or "Import addresses" to copy and paste from the template file.
- Multiple addresses: "Import addresses" to copy-paste cells from the template file according to column order.
Warning : Make sure that all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk* are completed.
The update and validity of shipping information (addresses, telephone, birthday) is your responsibility.
3. In the header menu under YOUR BOXES
Go to the Collection and your company's boxes.
4. Select quantity of boxes and add to cart
A notification will appear if the inventory is 5 boxes or less. Contact corpo@shopmoica.ca to arrange a renewal or a new agreement.
5. Validate the order at multiple addresses
- Check the box "Ship to multiple addresses"
- Validate the quantity for each recipient
- Select the registered shipping address for each recipient
- Select the desired delivery date for each recipient
- Optional: Add a note to the Shop Me That team
6. Proceed to payment and confirm the order
After confirming the billing address, please select the option agreed upon in your signed agreement:
- Credit card: piece order (without confirmed volume agreement)
- Add to statement: select if monthly/quarterly billing agreement
- I have a prepaid agreement with Shop: in case of prepaid boxes
Validate the quantity, content, recipients and dates one last time with the order summary on the right.
