The steps that lead to the delivery of your boxes:
1. We will analyze the submission form received
2. We will respond to you with a content proposal and prices
3. Once the proposal has been accepted, we will confirm the volume, delivery date and box customization options
4. An electronic invoice will be sent to you for payment
5. Once payment is received, we will get to work with orders and assembly
6. We will confirm the delivery information before sending out

All in-stock boxes will ship within 48 hours of order payment. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays. The deadlines applicable to special orders will be confirmed to you before the payment of the order. The ideal notice being 2-3 weeks… but we often work miracles!

The price of a box includes much more than the items inside! Shop moi ca does not calculate the price only according to the market value of the items considering that we offer a value-added service (tailor-made and personalized selection, presentation, packaging, printing with logo, shipping).
We offer gift sets based on the proposed budget considering various factors like delivery, packaging, etc. to give you the best value for money options. A volume discount is also taken into account in our price calculation.

Packages are usually left at the door, unsigned, after ringing/knocking the recipient. In cases where Purolator deems it unsafe to leave the package at the door (apartment block, busy street, etc.), Purolator leaves a notice to inform the recipient that their package will be available at the nearest Purolator counter. The recipient can also make a request online or by phone for a 2nd delivery attempt, free of charge.

In the event that the carrier is unable to complete the delivery (wrong address, package not recovered, address not found, etc.), the package will be returned to us after 5 days at the counter. In these cases, we will notify you upon receipt. A $15 fee is applicable to send the package a second time. This fee also applies to address change requests once packages are in transit.

For any referral from you that results in an order of 25 or more gift boxes for a new customer, we offer a $50 gift certificate as a thank you, valid on our online store.
To refer a new client:
1. Send the link to our corporate gifts page to people to refer
2. When the person completes the submission form , they must enter your name or email address
3. As soon as the order is confirmed and delivered, you will receive your gift card by email
As you can see, it's simple! All you have to do is send the link and mention to add yourself as a referrer.

We reserve the right to make last minute substitutions if we are out of stock on an item. We will do our best to contact you in advance to have the substitution approved, but if we don't hear from you (or if our order volume does not allow us time to contact you), we will make an appropriate item exchange in the interest of timely delivery of your gift.
